By participating in the Holiday Surgery Sponsorship Giveaway ("Giveaway"), the applicant ("Participant") agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. POP Recovery Systems is proud to announce a partnership with Dr. Rednam for this initiative. The winner will receive not only partial sponsorship of the selected surgery, but also a comprehensive Prep & Recover Plan, collaboratively delivered by POP Recovery Systems and Dr. Rednam, tailored to optimize pre-operative preparation and post-operative recovery for the chosen surgical procedure.

1. Sponsorship and Costs

The Giveaway covers a fixed portion of the total surgical cost for the winner's chosen procedure. Any additional fees for services not explicitly covered by the sponsorship (including but not limited to anesthesia, facility fees, implants, pre-operative testing, post-operative care, and any required revisions) remain the sole responsibility of the Participant. An itemized estimate of anticipated costs will be provided after medical clearance, and the Participant must review, agree to, and accept all financial responsibilities before surgery is scheduled.

2. Eligibility and Medical Clearance

Entry and continued participation in the Giveaway are contingent upon the Participant passing a full medical evaluation, conducted by or under the supervision of Dr. Rednam’s medical team. Final eligibility for both the sponsorship and the procedure is determined solely by medical suitability as assessed by Dr. Rednam’s team. Failure to obtain medical clearance will result in disqualification, regardless of previous application status or notification.

3. Standard of Care

All Giveaway recipients will receive the same standard of comprehensive medical and surgical care afforded to all patients, regardless of sponsorship status. There will be no difference in the quality or scope of care provided.

4. Procedure and Informed Consent

Prior to scheduling surgery, detailed oral and written information will be provided regarding the selected procedure, associated risks, benefits, and alternate options. The Participant must give valid, informed, signed consent, confirming all their questions have been answered and all necessary information understood.

5. Voluntary Participation (No Pressure Policy)

Choosing to proceed with surgery—regardless of partial sponsorship—is entirely voluntary. At any point before the procedure, the Participant may withdraw consent and opt out without penalty. However, any non-refundable deposits or fees already paid will not be reimbursed in the event of withdrawal.

6. Ethical and Non-Promotional Selection

The final winner will be selected solely on the basis of medical necessity and suitability, as determined by Dr. Rednam’s team. Factors such as social media following, willingness to promote, or marketing engagement are never criteria for selection or eligibility.

7. Photography and Use of Images (Optional)

Winners may be asked to consent to anonymous use of pre- and post-surgical images and procedural photos for medical education, practice marketing, and promotional purposes. All identifying details (such as faces or distinctive tattoos) will be masked or removed in accordance with HIPAA and privacy best practices. Participation in media sharing is voluntary and not a requirement for entry or receipt of sponsorship.

8. Disqualification

Any failure to meet the stated medical, financial, or procedural requirements, or the misrepresentation of any health or personal information, will result in immediate disqualification. Non-compliance with pre-operative instructions may also result in forfeiture of sponsorship and procedure.

9. Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State, e.g., Texas]. Any disputes related to the Giveaway or surgeries performed under its auspices will be resolved exclusively by the courts of [Insert County, e.g., Harris County, Texas].

Special Note: Prep & Recover Plan

Thanks to the collaboration between POP Recovery Systems and Dr. Rednam, the winner will benefit from a dedicated Prep & Recover Plan. This plan includes professional guidance and resources designed to maximize surgical readiness, support overall wellness, and ensure optimal recovery after surgery. Full details of the plan will be introduced to the winner after medical clearance and before any financial commitments are finalized.
