BME Watch Party Host Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions

By participating in the BME Watch Party Host Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Commission Structure

  • Hosts will receive 10% commission on each online ticket sold through their unique affiliate link.

  • The ticket price is $85, meaning affiliates will earn $8.50 per ticket sold.

2. Payout Terms & Payment Process

  • Payout Window: Commissions will be paid out 30 days after the end of BME 2025 to account for any ticket refunds, chargebacks, or discrepancies.

  • Payment Method: All payouts will be made via Wire Transfer to the bank account provided by the affiliate.

  • Bank Information Submission: A payment form will be sent to all affiliates before the payout period, requiring them to submit their bank details for processing.

  • Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their payment information is accurate and up to date.

3. Affiliate Tracking & Responsibilities

  • Commissions are tracked through a unique affiliate link assigned to each Host.

  • Only sales made through this link will be counted toward commission earnings.

  • Hosts are responsible for promoting their link and ensuring accurate tracking through the provided affiliate dashboard.

4. Refunds & Chargebacks

  • If a ticket sale is refunded or disputed, the corresponding commission will be deducted from the affiliate’s earnings before payout.

  • If a refund is issued after a commission has been paid, the amount may be deducted from future payouts.

5. Compliance & Ethical Promotion

  • Hosts must promote tickets ethically and transparently, avoiding any misleading claims or spam-like behavior.

  • Fraudulent activity, including self-purchases to earn commissions, will result in forfeiture of earnings and removal from the program.

6. Program Changes & Termination

  • BME reserves the right to modify or terminate the Affiliate Program at any time. Any changes will be communicated to affiliates in advance.

  • Affiliates who fail to comply with these terms may be removed from the program and forfeit any unpaid commissions.
