Celebrating Three Years of Redefining Recovery

Three years ago, POP Recovery Systems began as a single spark, a simple but powerful belief that recovery could be more than an afterthought. That patients deserved care beyond the operating room. That mental, emotional, and physical healing should all belong in the same conversation.

Back then, “recovery support” was treated as something extra, something optional, maybe even indulgent. But we saw the gap. We saw the loneliness patients felt after surgery. We saw the burnout in staff trying to hold it all together. We saw the lost potential in what recovery could truly mean.

And instead of accepting it, we decided to redefine it.

Today, three years later, POP isn’t just a program. It’s a movement.

In just three years, the POP community has grown from a handful of dreamers to a national ecosystem built on compassion, science, and connection.

-We’ve seen our name in bright lights, literally, on Times Square billboards.
-We’ve built national partnerships that elevate recovery care across practices.
-We’ve been featured in press stories that highlight innovation, leadership, and patient advocacy.
-We’ve collaborated with incredible surgeons who believe that outcomes don’t end when the sutures close.
And most importantly, we’ve supported more than 4,000 patients through their healing journeys.

Each one of those numbers tells a story , of courage, of growth, of someone who didn’t just survive recovery, but found themselves within it.

The Real Milestone: You

Every milestone, every feature, every collaboration started with one person: you.

The patient who took a brave first step. The partner who believed in a new way of doing things.
The surgeon who said, “There has to be a better way.” The team member who answered a late-night message because someone just needed to talk.

This is the heart of POP, not the platforms, not the data, not even the milestones, but the people who keep showing up.

Together, we’ve built a community that doesn’t just talk about recovery. We live it. We honor it. We make it human again.

What started as an idea, to bridge the gap between surgery and sustained wellness, has become a living, breathing system of care.

POP’s approach has always been about more than protocols. It’s about people.

We believe recovery is a continuum, one that includes mindset coaching, nutrition guidance, emotional support, and compassionate navigation. It’s the text message that says “You’re not alone.” The video call that helps calm anxiety before a follow-up. The steady voice reminding you that progress doesn’t always look perfect.

That’s what it means to redefine recovery, not by changing patients, but by changing how the world cares for them.

As we close our third year, we aren’t slowing down, we’re just getting started.
The next chapter of POP is about expansion, accessibility, and community. Because recovery should never be something you have to earn, it should be something you can belong to.

Gratitude, Always

Three years later, POP Recovery Systems has become more than a name, it’s a reflection of what happens when people come together to build something that truly matters.

To every patient who trusted us, every surgeon who partnered with us, every teammate who poured their heart into this mission: thank you.
You are the reason this dream became real.

Because recovery isn’t just what happens after surgery.
It’s what happens when we come together to rise, rebuild, and remember that healing, real healing, starts from within.

Happy 3rd Anniversary! Here’s to redefining recovery, today, tomorrow, and always. 💜
