Dr. Rukmini Rednam, BCPS

Dr. Rednam, affectionately known as the Confidence Doc®, is a Board Certified plastic surgeon and a trailblazer in excess skin removal after massive weight loss. As one of POP Recovery Systems’ earliest surgeon partners, she saw firsthand the impact of holistic recovery support and wanted to play a bigger role in a mission she truly believed in. Both she and POP share a commitment to whole-patient care—addressing not just the physical, but also the mental and emotional aspects of recovery.

With a deep belief in patient-centered care, Dr. Rednam focuses on both physical transformation and emotional healing. Her passion, inspiring presence, and outstanding results made her the perfect fit as our Plastic Surgery Medical Director. She joins us as we celebrate POP’s second birthday, helping us expand and elevate our recovery systems across practices nationwide.
